About us – Who we are and what we do

Austrian Payment Academy, a.k.a. APAc, is an ambitious and dynamically growing platform aspiring to provide people working in payment services with a comprehensive and versatile overview of relevant topics. These include payment infrastructure, card and retail payments, e-commerce, digital payments, marketing, legal aspects, and many other decisive elements of the industry.

How do we do it?

Our main sources of teaching and networking are thoroughly prepared courses divided into two categories: basic course (from German: “Grundkurs”) and “Special”.

    Flexible learning

    Our participants don’t have to spend more than 2-3 hours per week with a total lead time of 4 weeks. We also offer a hybrid format, with on-site sessions in Vienna and remote live-streaming options.

    Long-term benefits

    Graduates receive a certificate of attendance and become members of the APAc alumni, which grants benefits such as access to specialist information in our archive, collection of podcasts with our experts, further events, and valuable industry contacts.
